Avi was a pleasure to work with. I called him around 8 AM on a Sunday because my washer will not drain. He told me he would come between two and 4:00 PM and called 30 minutes before arrival. He was able to get a clogged sock out of the drain pump and get the washer back up and running in about 30 minutes. he is honest, on time, and excellent to work with.
